• Researching activities on service-oriented architecture (SOA) to build up the Amazon Financial IT Platform with the conception of loosely coupled integrations.

• Leading the design and development Customer Information File (CIF) which is the core business system of Amazon Financial.

• Participating in the project of Unified User Management System (UUMS), which allows the company stuffs to login internal systems with just sign-in once (SSO) and manage the access privileges of all resources for each user.

• Designing the Amazon Financial Open API Platform and implementing the gateway part of the Open API, also maintaining the API documents, motivating other system to migrate external APIs invoking to the Open API.

• Managing the Architecture and Infrastructure Department, which supports those business applications such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), CTU (a system to identify risk and potential risk borrows), CIA (Cross Identification Assurance), Loan Management System (LMS) and so on. Also to avoid repeated work when building up new systems.

• Participating in the Migration of Applications from Oracle to MySQL Database, to reduce the yearly cost of Oracle License.

• Developing and maintaining the core products of the website, including member, offer (trading information), feedback, and BOPS.

• Designing and developing E-mail applications, such as biz-express (trading information email based on subscription), Maria (a multi-channel marketing system), Postoffice (unified email delivery platform).

• Designing and developing eBay Micro Lending System which is a project of cooperation between eBay and banks to offer eBay Paid-Member financial support through lending.
